Fremington made a blistering start to the new season with a 2-0 home win over Woolsery at the Beechfield. Man-of –the match Kai Harris finished off an excellent team move after 5 minutes and Connor Hopkins grabbed a second after a 1-2 with Nathan Ware not long after. Fremington were unable to add to their lead thanks to some resolute Woolsery defending who in turn could have snatched a goal late on, but Nathan Gulliford stood firm at the back for the black and whites.
